Do I need to make a deposit?

We do not require a deposit with the exception of Gelly Ball. Gelly Ball requires a 50% deposit at the time of booking due to being a staffed event. Call us for more details. Full payment is required at the time of delivery prior to unit set up.

How long do I get the rental for?

Our rentals are for single day or multi-day. We drop between 7 A.M and 11 A.M and we do not start pick ups until 6:30 P.M. Our last drop off is never our first pick up. Gelly ball is a play for 2-hour fully staffed event.

Everyday Discounts

Lets talk DEALS!!! Monday- Thursday we offer 2 day rentals for the price of a single day. Weekends we charge 50% of the standard rental price for the additional day.

Weather Policy

Is it raining? You can cancel or reschedule anytime, but most units are fine to use wet or dry. The rain won't damage them, and we deliver in any weather. If you need to cancel, please call us 24-48 hour prior to setup. If you paid at booking, don’t worry—your refund will be processed promptly.
